1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Vishal Kumar Patel ("I", "me", "my"), concerning your access to and use of this portfolio website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by me and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Strictly Prohibited: You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or Content for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without my express prior written permission.

3. Booking & Cancellations

For clients booking photography or videography services through this site:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Weather-related reschedules are permitted at my discretion.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Vishal Kumar Patel and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
